Custom Color, Wig Units and Bundles

We Guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your PURCHASE, however, if you are not satisfied you have 7-10 Business Days after receiving your items to request a REFUND. All items must be in original packaging, with tags, as well as, a copy of your ORIGINAL RECEIPT. 

As soon as we receive your items, and it is entered into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. 
Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 7-10 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

For Custom Color Units and Bundles Please allow 7-10 business days for Processing and Shipping. 

Customized Units and Bundles are Non-Refundable.
