Return Policy
We Guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your PURCHASE, however, if you are not satisfied you have 7-10 Business Days after receiving your items to request a REFUND. All items must be in original packaging, with tags, as well as, a copy of your ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
As soon as we receive your items, and it is entered into our system, we will
expeditiously send a refund request to your bank.
Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 7-10 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
There are No Refunds on Sale Items, Eye Lashes, or Custom Units.

Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days , SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders . PLEASE ALLOW 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on back-order will notify you via email.

Please do not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline and need your product sooner, Please give an adequate advance notice to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
For orders placed before 5 pm (EST) will be processed same day, If placed after 5pm (EST) we will process on the next business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
What shipping company does MonicaGsHairCo. use? USPS (united states postal service), (Fedex)or (UPS) Priority mail may take 1-3 business days once the package leaves Monica Gs Hair Company for domestic packages, and 1-2 weeks for international orders.
MOST PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.
* Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
When do I receive tracking information? Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
